At Stationery Pal, we want you to love every pen and paper you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure all stationery items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our designated warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
